As an attorney since 2006 and licensed in New York and Texas, Andrea is an experienced elder law and estate planning attorney who brings a holistic approach to her practice. She delivers viable solutions to her clients that often face legal, financial, and medical issues. Qualified elder law and special needs attorneys like Andrea bring a different perspective to the delivery of their services, as complex and comprehensive solutions are often needed beyond the immediate issue to protect the client or family member even after death. She helps hard working individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities and their families in a caring, compassionate way that preserves dignity and wealth through the aging and planning process. She strives to ensure clients have peace of mind by protecting assets and their legacy while planning for the journey ahead. Andrea partners with clients’ tax and financial professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to estate planning.

Andrea has her J.D. and Master in Public Health from University at Buffalo. Andrea also has front-line experience in labor and employment in healthcare working for the largest nationwide healthcare system, the Veterans Health Administration, and as a former in-house labor attorney for a regional health system. In addition to working with individuals and families, she enjoys counseling healthcare facilities on various health law, guardianship, and Medicaid issues. 

Andrea is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester, Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) Trusts & Estates Section and the Elder Law & Special Needs Section, and NY State Bar Association (NYSBA) where she serves on the Attorney Well-Being Committee and Medicaid Committee of the Elder Law & Special Needs Law Section. She is also a member since 2014 of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) including the NY and TX Chapters. Additionally, she is a member of the Texas State Bar’s Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section, a VA Accredited Attorney, and a certified guardianship attorney in Texas.

Andrea’s outside interests include spending time with her husband while hiking with their dog and exploring new places. Andrea is an avid sports fan and will often be found with a game on. She also enjoys being outside, gardening, and reading new titles from local independent bookstores.
